Employee Participation

If there is one thing that all employees at Aquinas College can agree upon, it is that everything we do is ultimately for the incredibly bright and worthy students. Whether it's the food we provide in the Wege Cafeteria, the safety that is assured through the Campus Safety office, the vitality that we support through the Health and Wellness Center, or the dedicated, passionate teaching that faculty provides, in the end we do it for the students. To continue to provide the exceptional Catholic liberal arts education that we can be proud of, the Aquinas Fund works with parents, alumni, friends, neighbors, and employees to raise money to go toward this top-notch education. If you have already given, we cannot thank you enough! Your gift enables us to continue to provide scholarships and assistance to those students. If you have not yet gotten involved, we would like to encourage your participation during the month of March.

Whether it's a $5 monthly payroll deduct, or something much larger, the participation of all faculty and staff making a tax deductive gift to the College is immensely important. We certainly understand that giving is a personal decision and our individual reasons for contributing are many. But, we have at least one common purpose --- to support the reason we're all here --- the students. We get to see firsthand how our gifts can make a different in a program or in the life of a student.

As a parent of two children, I am blessed to receive tuition remission as a benefit of being a full-time employee. It's your gift, it's your choice.

You can choose to designate your gift to an area of the College that is of interest to you. And though the unrestricted account remains the area of greatest need, every gift is an investment in Aquinas College.

You can also choose how you would like to give - by check, online, or via payroll deduct. All gifts are tax deductible.

Our current employee giving rate is 43%. Faculty giving is 44%, and Staff giving is 43%. If you have already made a gift, we can't thank you enough. Your belief in the school helps to keep us on track, and will continue to do so.
