Alternative Testing

Alternative exam accommodations are provided as a service to faculty and students during the following hours: Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.


Student must be registered with Disability Services for the semester for which they are seeking testing accommodations. Exams will be administered in the Test Center during the scheduled class period.

If there are class scheduling conflicts and students are unable to utilize the extended exam time, students and professors must agree upon alternative dates and/or times for exams and contact Disability Services to confirm availability. The professors must approve any subsequent changes to the schedule. Students in evening courses will have their exams administered during Disability Services’ office hours.

Exams and quizzes must be submitted to the Disability Services Office at least 72 hours in advance and accompanied by exam proctor forms. Exams may be submitted to Wege Center 103C; to (in Microsoft Word format); or through intercampus mail.

Part I of the proctor form must be completed by students and given to professors to complete Part II and submit with each exam.
Students must bring all necessary materials as instructed by professors.

It is the student’s RESPONSIBILITY to work with professors, complete appropriate documentation, and discuss use of academic accommodations.
