| Stressed? Seeking spiritual direction? Just need time alone with God? The Offices of Alumni Relations and Campus Ministry invite you to come back home to Aquinas for a weekend of prayer, reflection, sharing, and relaxation. All retreat activities will occur in Apartment D unless otherwise noted. |

| Retreat fee includes overnight accommodations in AQ's newest apartment building, all meals, retreat materials, spiritual direction (optional) and yoga class. Bodywork carries additional cost. All options include private bedrooms and shared living space, with the exception of single occupancy. Retreat fee is based on occupancy. Price is per person. |
- Single Occupancy in Apartment: (private bedroom, private bath) = $90
- Double Occupancy/Four Bedroom Apt: (private bedroom, private bath) = $80
- Double Occupancy/Two Bedroom Apt: (private bedroom, shared bath) = $75
- Quadruple Occupancy (prvt. bedroom, shared bath with one person) = $70
- Commuter Option (No overnight accommodations) = $45

Spiritual Direction will be offered for free both blocks of free time. Please indicate on your registration form if you would like to meet with either Mary Clark-Kaiser, Sister Nancy Brosseau, or Lauren Ivory, '01, Pastoral Counselor. |

| *Bodywork Specialists from Marywood Dominican Center will be available during the following time slots: |
- Thai Yoga: 3 to 3:30 p.m.; 3:50 to 4:20 p.m.; 4:40 to 5:10 p.m.
- Shiatsu Massage: 3 to 3:30 p.m.; 3:50 to 4:20 p.m.; 4:40 to 5:10 p.m.
- Massage or Reiki: 3 to 3:30 p.m.; 3:50 to 4:20 p.m.; 4:40 to 5:10 p.m.
