Ramey Named NAIA All American

05/19/14 – Lauren Ramey, a senior from Martin, Michigan, has been named a Second Team All American in the sport of women's tennis. Ramey, who recently concluded her career at Aquinas, is the first female tennis player in school history to be named an NAIA All American.

Ramey led the Saints to a 13-11 overall record in 2014 and accumulated over 100 victories in her career. This past season Lauren posted a 26-3 mark in singles and a 18-7 record in doubles action. All of Ramey's matches were played at either first singles or first doubles.

Ramey, who also was named the WHAC Player of the Year, will be the gold standard for all future Aquinas female tennis players.
