Saints Play Well at Jamboree #1

09/14/2011 – The women's golf team finished in a second place tie at the first WHAC Jamboree of the season at the Quail Ridge Golf Course. Cornerstone University played host to the other eight WHAC schools that offer women's golf.

The Saints and Warriors from Indiana Tech found themselves in a two-way tie for second place, eight strokes behind team champion, Madonna. Michelle Hall of Madonna claimed medalist honors as she shot a four over par on the day. The Saints were led by Abby Hagan who carded an 80 and finished in a tie for third place. Aquinas also received strong play out of Taylor Giesen (84 - 7th), Kristina Raiz (85 - 9th) and Kristin Pike (87 - 13th).
