The Saints second half started with a flurry as Teresa Buiocchi, Emily Wabich and Rebecca Underwood all recorded goals in a three minute span early in half number two. The Saints maintained the lead until two late goals by Bethel's Steller gave her a hat trick on the day. Kelsey Duley was credited with the victory as she recorded six saves. The Saints outshot the Cougars 19-13.
Aquinas will return to the field on Saturday as they travel to Cornerstone (5-4) to play the Golden Eagles in a non-conference affair.
