| Steve has over 25 years of HR leadership experience, holding a number of leadership positions within the education, management consulting, manufacturing, biotechnology, telecommunications, and information management industries. He has extensive experience in Strategic Rewards, Benefit Plan Audits, Variable Pay Plan Design, Intrinsic Compensation, Work/Life Programs, International Employee Relations, Acquisition Assimilation, HRIS, Staffing, Performance Management and Training. |

| Steve has been an adjunct instructor at Rutgers University’s, Graduate School of Management and Labor Relations, and Grand Valley State University’s, Seidman College of Business. He has designed and delivered curriculum in Benefits, Compensation and Human Resources theory and practice. He has been an invited speaker at corporate, professional society and academic events. |
