Additional Information...

• The tuition for the 2008 Summer Camp is $2,310.

• Additional charges may occur based on an evaluation by the conductors. These fees may include full-time, one-to-one classroom aide assistance, field trips, etc.

• A $25 non-refundable application fee must accompany the application form (all new applicants). The $25 application fee is a one-time fee. Do not send application fee if you have applied previously or have a current student at CLC.

• First time applicants to the Conductive Learning Center must submit videotape of the student candidate (see video guidelines); a one time non-refundable $100 assessment fee must be sent with the video. This fee is independent of any future tuition charges should the student be admitted to the program.

• Applicants will be notified of acceptance.

• Twenty five percent of the tuition fee is due by April 1, 2008 to hold a place for the student. The deposit is 100% refundable if written notification of cancellation is received by May 2, 2008. After that day it is non-refundable due to any reason for cancellation.

• The balance of the tuition payment must be received at the school offices no later than May 4, 2007. If not received, the student’s slot will be made available to the first appropriate student on the wait list, unless an alternative payment schedule has been proposed by the parent(s) and accepted by the Executive Director.

• The balance amount is non-refundable unless a catastrophic event occurs within the family (case would be reviewed and decided by the Board of Directors of the Conductive Learning Center).

• No part time placements are available.
