Configure mail

Follow the directions below to configure Mail for SMTP use on AQnet.

  1. Launch Mail, select the Mail menu, and then click Preferences
  2. Select the Accounts option and then select your mail account from the menu on the left
  3. From the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) drop-down menu, select Add Server
  4. Enter smtp.aquinas.edu as the Outgoing Mail Server and 25 as the Server Port, as shown below
  5. Select Password from the Authentication drop-down menu and enter your ELM user name and password
  6. Click OK
