Catering/Alcohol Policy Menu Room Rates/Capacities
Our conferencing and event services are flexible, high quality and innovative to meet your unique needs. Our campus offers a beautiful and secluded setting for all special occasions.
  • Contracts are required for all events on campus and must be signed by an authorized person responsible for the event.
  • Final equipment and set-up needs are required two weeks prior to the event.
  • Wedding receptions include the following standard items: guest tables, chairs, cake table, gift table, guest book stand, DJ table, head table, bar table and microphone with stand.
  • A 50% non-refundable room rental is required upon booking.
  • Balance due 48 hours prior to event.
  • Room rate discount of 20% applies to non-profit groups, Aquinas College students, alumni and their immediate families.
  • Aquinas College is not responsible for damages to personal property, stolen property or injuries sustained on campus.
  • All alcoholic beverages MUST be contracted through a professional bartending service. This service is responsible for furnishing and delivering all alcohol, any item necessary for stocking the bar and personnel to work your event and clean up after the bar closes.
