- Prices are subject change without notice.
- Room rate discount of 20% applies to non-profit groups, Aquinas College students, alumni,
faculty/staff and their immediate families.
- Parking may be limited depending on function, location, and date.
- A labor charge may be added based on set-up needs.
- "Standard Set" refers to a set up that remains. Changes have to be approved through Conferencing & Event Services with a charge.
- All facilities are unavailable for use when the Aquinas College campus is closed. This includes holidays and breaks (i.e. - Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas/New Year’s break, Easter, etc.). Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the Conferencing & Event Services.
- Facilities are not available for off-campus clients during Welcome Week, Homecoming Weekend, St. Thomas Aquinas Week, and Graduation Weekend.
- The Cook Carriage House is only available to on-campus clients during the Academic Year. Aquinas College departments/programs wanting to use the facility must check with the Campus Life Office or visit their website for a reservation form.
- All clients wishing to reserve the Bukowski Chapel must contact the Chapel Coordinator at (616) 632-2493.
