| The Stafford
Loan application should only be completed by students who are accepted
to Aquinas College and have completed the Free
Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the current academic
year. |

| New borrowers
will be required to choose a lender. All of the lenders listed in
the Stafford Loan lender list (in step 2 of the loan application from
the links below) participate in a program called Michigan
Students First. We recommend using one of these lenders because
they offer a 0% origination fee and a 0% interest rate after 36 on-time
payments. If you wish to use a lender that is not listed, please contact
the Financial Aid Office to make sure your lender participates in
the Stafford Loan program and to obtain the required forms. |

| NOTE: When completing the online application, be sure to write down your passwords. New borrowers will need to complete the entrance counseling, Loan Request Form, and Master Promissory Note all in one session. If you exit before all steps are completed, you will need to start over. |
