Meal Plan:*
275 Block Plan with $100 flex/19 meals per week All freshmen are signed up for the largest meal plan - 275 blocks. This provides 19 meals per week (Five days of breakfast, lunch, dinner and two days of brunch and dinner).
220 Block Plan with $200 flex/15 meals per week
150 Block Plan with $350 flex/10 meals per week
*Meal plan prices are subject to change. Please contact the Food Service office at (616) 632-2968 for the most current pricing.

Students are able to change their assigned meal plan the first full week of the semester in the Food Service office.

A student may wish to change their meal plan for the following reasons:
  - The student does not eat breakfast.
  - The student has an early morning class and will not be coming in for breakfast.
  - A school or work schedule prevents the student from eating all of the meals on campus each day.

Meal Plans:
The meal plans are all block plans, which means that the amount of meals does not reset each week. These are the meals available for the entire semester. If a student wishes to use a meal plan swipe for a friend/guest, they can do so for any meal. If a student is on the 275 block (19 meals per week) and chooses to skip breakfast one day, they can use the unused meal swipe at any other meal in the semester.

The block plans are reset each semester. We do not roll over leftover meals.

Flex Dollars:
The flex dollars are available to use in the Corner Café and The Moose Café on campus. Please see the Corner Café and Moose Café section for information on what the student can purchase and how to utilize the flex dollars in both operations.

The flex dollars must be used in the semester in which they are part of the meal plan. They are used completely or lost. They are not rolled over into the next semester. Each semester the meal plan is reset and you start with a new balance of flex dollars.
