The Recreation (non-teaching) concentration is available for those students who wish to pursue a career in either public or private recreation administration. Students who successfully complete this major find employment with City and County Parks and Recreation Departments, Fitness and Training Centers , Retirement Communities, and Vacation Destinations.
Major Requirements
49-55 Semester hours of the following:
HE157, 158, 159, 242, 250,
253, 256, 281, 294, 350, 359, 362, 452, two activity courses, BS200, and
HE397 (Internship).
