Professor Richard Poss (left), a former president of Pi Mu Epsilon, presents the charter for the Aquinas College chapter of the honor society Pi Mu Epsilon. Receiving the charter on behalf of the Aquinas College Math Club and Department of Mathematics is Math Club co-advisor, Professor Michael McDaniel. Carol Stephenson Bullock is a recruiter for the National Security Agency. Her inspiring talk focused on the value of a math degree in future employment. She made us all feel very good about being math majors! In this image, she is offering the attendees one of the NSA pen/ highlighters which she uses in her recruiting work.
