| Vision Statement: |
| Aquinas College
strives to be a community hospitable to a diversity of peoples regardless
of their backgrounds. In accordance with the Dominican charism of hospitality,
we wish to provide an environment that welcomes, embraces, supports
and celebrates both our similarities and differences. We do this by
developing greater awareness and sensitivity to everyone's unique gifts
and attributes, recognizing their importance to strengthening the academic
and social milieu of the the College. |

| Duties: |
- Promotes respect
and appreciation for racial and ethnic diversity, as well as for all
members of traditionally underrepresented groups.
- Fosters a campus
whose policies, programs, and activities is inclusive and adheres
to the ideals of the Dominican tradition.
- Supports programs
and initiatives aimed at integration and unity within the College
and broader communities.
