Your 1098-T forms for the current tax year and those back to 2006 are available online for your review and printing needs.
- Visit www.ecsi.net/1098T
- Login information is available on your 2006 or more current 1098-T form. You will need:
- School code
- Account (this is your Social Security number without hyphens)
- Password/pin number
- If you do not have the information to log in, please contact Student Accounts at (616) 632-2864 and we can assist you.
