AQ Student Clubs and Organizations - Did you know, the Student Senate Promotions and Advertising Team can help you to promote your event? To make a request please fill out this form, including marking your top three preferences of how to promote your event. The promotions team will then select one or two of those methods to promote the event. Please note: Requests must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the day you would like the promotion to be up.
 
Student Organization Check Request Form (pdf format)
This form should be completed as directed and returned to the Student Senate Budget Director. Checks will be available in the Student Accounts Office in Hruby Hall unless requested otherwise. It is recommended that you call ahead to make certain your check is available for pick up. If you would like the check sent through campus mail, please be sure to indicate that. Please plan ahead for check requests.
