Group Visits

Thank you for your interest in visiting Aquinas College. The Admissions Office is happy to host high school-age groups from high schools, after-school programs or community organizations between end of August - mid-December (until Christmas break) and mid-January - end of June (please note group visits not available during fall and spring break). Group visits typically last for two hours and include an admissions presentation and a tour of campus.


Group visits should be scheduled at least three weeks in advance to ensure the best availability. Please provide the name of the school or organization, the total number of students and chaperones attending; and a contact name, phone number, and email address for the visit coordinator. Confirmation will be sent closer to the actual visit.

Group guidelines:

  • An involved chaperone is required for every ten students.
  • Visits should be capped at 50 students to ensure that the group has the best possible experience.
  • Out of respect for the presenter and tour guides, please have students refrain from the use of iPods, cell phones, or other such distractions while visiting.
  • Groups are expected to provide their own transportation to and from campus. Parking, including buses, is available.
