| The Office of Corporate Relations develops opportunities to align the interests of Aquinas College and our corporate partners. This includes maximizing the visibility and recognition of companies on campus as well as cultivating core support for Aquinas faculty, students, and administrators. Our approach to corporate involvement is to provide companies with the best opportunities to meet their hiring, research, and continuing education goals, while improving our student's educational opportunities. |

| Many Michigan companies support student scholarships and sponsor academic programs at Aquinas. Corporate gifts provide funds for student scholarships and core curriculum programs and services. These gifts are fully tax deductible in the year they are made. If appreciated securities or other property is given, the charitable tax deduction is based on the market value, not the cost basis. |

| The State of Michigan allows corporations to redirect a portion of their Single Business Tax (SBT) to Aquinas College. Companies can give up to 10% of their SBT exposure and get a 50% tax credit. This is in addition to federal tax savings. The net cost of the gift is approximately one-third of the gift amount. |

| The corporate community can also participate in the Corporate Ambassador Program. As Corporate Ambassadors, you represent the vision and mission of Aquinas College to other businesses and organizations. |
