How to be Nominated to be a Student Ambassador

 
Call for Student Ambassador Nominations
We are currently seeking your nominations for the Student Ambassador program for the 2012-2013 academic year.
 
As you may know, Aquinas College Student Ambassadors work closely with Admissions, Advancement, and the Office of the President representing Aquinas in a variety of capacities. They share their unique talents and dedication to the community with all of those interested in Aquinas. Some aspects of the position include conducting campus tours, hosting students overnight, participating in AQ Days, and attending receptions and special events throughout the year.
 
Eligibility requirements include a minimum 2.7 GPA and status as a sophomore or junior for the 2012-2013 academic year. Additionally, the ideal candidate would possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude, a good work ethic, the ability to converse with prospective students, alumni and donors, and a genuine desire to promote the mission of Aquinas College .
 
To nominate a student(s), please send the following information to Tara Hansen at bauertar@aquinas.edu by February 1, 2012: your name, name of the student, contact information for the student, and a brief description of how the candidate would enhance the Student Ambassador program.
 
The selection process includes an information session, application and interview. The final selections will be announced April 2012.
