Men's Soccer Adds Two Student-Athletes

12/11/2013 – Associate Head Soccer Coach, Rodger Garner, traveled to Detroit over the weekend for the signing of two important pieces to next years puzzle.

Austin Perry, who attends Utica High School, is a very energetic and inspiring young man. Coach Garner said, "Austin is the type of player you see once and just know you want him on your team." Coach Veal commented, "Austin will help us immediately at midfield and forward. Perry's ability to score will aid in our quest to regain the conference championship."

Kyle Hibbard, who preps at Adlai Stevenson High School, is a strong and passionate goalkeeper. Coach Garner said, " Kyle has proved to be a fearless goalkeeper and will enter camp vying for a starting roster spot." Coach Veal added, "Kyle is the right type of student-athlete that can only thrive from the environment at Aquinas College."

Both Austin and Kyle will be playing for their club team, Carpathia, this spring and will join the rest of their new teammates in late summer.
