Saints Seventh at Men's Golf Jamboree #1

09/08/2012 – The men's golf team placed seventh at the first WHAC Jamboree of the season. The nine teams squared off at the Lenawee Country Club in Adrian, Michigan. The event was hosted by Siena Heights Universtiy.

The host Saints claimed the overall team victory, while Siena's Adam Schmaltz (71), was crowned the individual medalist. Aquinas shot a total of 308 strokes (+24) and were led by Mitch Kimball and Patrick O'Brien who tied for 11th overall and carded 75's on the day. Aquinas also received scoring efforts from Mike Wolfe (77) and John DeAngelis (81).

The Saints will return to action next week at the second WHAC Jamboree of the season. The two day event will be hosted by both Cornerstone and Davenport on Tuesday and Wednesday.
