"Reason
gathers her forces into her citadel; while the enemy is plundered
with useless baggage." -- Boethius
His consulting enterprise, Quid Est
Disputatum begs to ask questions that hinder performance, especially
as it relates to human development and the capacity to build
effective working relationship in the global marketplace. From
modest beginnings, Mike has infiltrated the corporate workplace
striving to facilitate organizational wellness. He believes
this notion of alignment between organizational values and employee
behavior is a teachable and measurable construct. Inspired by
postmodern thinking, Mike believes a model of organizational
development can be created which facilitates human development
and consequently increases productivity.
When he's not in a library doing research,
or consulting the aforementioned framework with Fortune 500
companies, you can probably find Mike enjoying the tranquilities
of the outdoors.
