| Dr. Schuler is a lead consultant for Pondera Advisors, a leadership development consulting firm in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The focus of his work is on Individual, Team, and Organziational Development for business and industry, as well as professional sports teams (NHL, NFL). He employes the use of psychological assessments and contemporary leadership models to cultivate talent and build leaders for organizations. The international and regional work is exciting, and his hope is to bring relevant business practices to the students at AQ. His dissertation topic, "The Utility of Constructive Inquiry for Organizatinal Alignment" serves as the backbone of his facilitative technique. When not working with clients or teaching, Mike enjoyes spending time with his wife Katie, daughter Maeve, writing and kayaking. |
