Hours: Career & Counseling Services is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. |
| Walk-In Hours: You may see a counselor without an appointment between the hours of 2 and 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. This is not meant to take the place of a scheduled appointment, however, and will consist of a brief session with the counselor on duty during that time. |

| To schedule an individual counseling appointment, call (616) 632-2905. |
- You will be asked for your name, phone number, and the last 4 digits of your social security number.
- You may request a particular counselor or may request a counselor of a certain gender.
- If this is your first counseling appointment this semester, the staff member who schedules your appointment will ask you to arrive a few minutes early so that you have time to complete the necessary paperwork prior to your appointment.
- If you have any questions about this procedure or about counseling in general, call the number above and ask to speak to a counselor.
