| Children are encouraged to develop their skills by participating in appropriate hands-on activities that allow them to learn more about the world around them. The children also begin to develop social skills through relationships with each other and adults. Through this process, the children become more confident, more compassionate and more accepting of others. |

| Preschool Room - 3 to 5 years old (approx.) |
| Children are encouraged to further develop their skills in preparation for success in kindergarten and beyond. They learn to collaborate with each other and adults in small groups and large. They learn to make choices in their work and respect the ideas and contributions of others. |
