Commencement 2012

The 2012 Aquinas College Commencement ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 5 in the Sturrus Sports & Fitness Center.

Celebrating 125 Years

Commencement 2012 will be the closing event of the Aquinas125th Anniversary Celebration. Anniversary events are taking place throughout the 2011-2012 academic year with Commencement 2012 wrapping up the year-long celebration. >Learn More

Remembering Commencement

Graduates have the opportunity to purchase professional photography taken of each individual graduate during the commencement ceremony. Additionally, a DVD recording of the ceremony is also available for purchase. >More

The Academic Tradition

The gowns and hoods worn by the graduates, faculty, staff and trustees have their roots in medieval religious garb. The gown is an adaptation of the priest's robe, and the hood resembles the monk's cowl. >More
