| Students who plan on graduating must complete the following: |
- Declare a Major and/or Minor. Forms are available in the Registrar and Academic Advising Offices.
- Complete the Application for Degree Form. Applications are available in the Registrar and Academic Advising Offices.
- Order cap and gown from the Aquinas Bookstore. The Bookstore's deadline for placing cap and gown orders is March 31, 2011.

| No transcripts or diplomas will be released until all Student Account balances are paid in full. |

| Commencement Ceremony Tickets |
- Each graduate is limited to five tickets for guests for the Commencement ceremony.
- Tickets must be picked up in person with student ID in the President's Office from April 11- 22 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
- If extra tickets remain on or after April 25, then they will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis through May 6 in the President's Office (between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.).
- There is no charge for Commencement tickets. Tickets are not required for the Baccalaureate Mass at 10 am.

| Caps, Gowns & Honor Cords |
| Caps and gowns may be picked up in the Aquinas Bookstore from April 26 - May 6, 2011. |
| Honor cords for those graduates with qualifying GPA's will be distributed with the caps and gowns. |
| The honor cords are: |
- Silver - Cum Laude (GPA of 3.5 or better);
- Maroon - Magna Cum Laude (GPA of 3.7 or better);
- Silver and Maroon - Summa Cum Laude (GPA of 3.9 or better)

| If you believe you qualify for this honor please check with the Registrar’s Office before graduation day. No changes will be made on Commencement day. |

| Flowers for Your Graduate |
| A selection of fresh-cut flowers will be available for purchase on campus the day of Commencement
or you can pre-order a bouquet for your graduate online. |
