The ITS Help Desk and Training Team is here to help you with your technology questions and concerns.
 
Location & Hours

Location: The ITS Help Desk is located on the third floor of the Academic Building (AB 350). >Campus Map (pdf)

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

The ITS Help Desk can be reached at (616) 632-2050 or through e-mail to techhelp@aquinas.edu. This line is supported by the technology assistant during the additional hours that the AB Computer Lab is open (7:45 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.) at this same location.

If you call when we're not available, please leave a message! We check voicemail regularly and will get a response to you as soon as possible.
