| Aquinas College has a multitude of facilities to accommodate business meetings, seminars, receptions and conferences. The following information highlights the basic requirements for a successful business event: |

| Reservations |
- Required for all events with a minimum two-week advance notice.
- Final equipment needs and number of attendees required three days prior to event.
- There is a 30-day cancellation policy for all reservations.
- Aquinas College reserves the right to deny facility use for business and community groups based on objectionable subject material.

| Payment |
- Room rental payment required upon booking.
- Balance due 48 hours before the event date.
- Room rate discount of 20% applies to non-profit groups, Aquinas students and alumni.

| Miscellaneous |
- Banners and artwork for an event are the responsibility of the booking party.
- Aquinas College is not responsible for the loss or theft of any property.
