Aquinas College has a variety of facilities to accommodate business meetings, seminars, receptions and conferences.
 
Reservations
  • Required for all events with a minimum two-week advance notice.
  • Final equipment needs and number of attendees required three days prior to event.
  • There is a 30-day cancellation policy for all reservations.
  • Aquinas College reserves the right to deny facility use for business and community groups based on objectionable subject material.
 
Payment
  • Room rental payment required upon booking.
  • Balance due 48 hours before the event date.
  • Room rate discount of 20% applies to non-profit groups, Aquinas students and alumni.
