Deaf & Hard of Hearing Consortium for Teacher Preparation

The Deaf & Hard of Hearing Consortium is an innovative, multi-state university partnership for the delivery of a teacher endorsement in Deaf and Hard of Hearing. This program gives teacher the opportunity to earn a teaching endorsement online. The Michigan Department of Education (MDE) has created a way to obtain a Deaf and Hard of Hearing endorsement through its partnership with several institutions of higher learning.
