Annual Clothesline Project

We begin Domestic Violence Awareness Month with our annual Clothesline Project, hanging handmade t-shirts on a clothesline in support of survivors of domestic violence. Clothesline Projects like ours have been made worldwide since 1990, when they began in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, as a visual reminder of statistics that are often overlooked. We include t-shirts created by Aquinas students, faculty, and staff, giving visibility to the problem of domestic violence here as well as globally.
