Gilman International
Scholarships are available for students who will study abroad for the spring of 2009. To qualify, students must be receiving the Federal Pell Grant. Applications are available online at www.iie.org/gilman. Deadline is October 7, 2008.
 
Norbert J Hruby
Scholarships are available for first time students in the Continuing Education or Graduate programs (or students in these programs who have not attended Aquinas in the past 2 years). Scholarships are awarded based on leadership and/or community service and are renewable for 7 consecutive years or until graduation, whichever comes first. Click here to download an application. Elie Wiesel Prize in Ethics
Scholarships will be awarded based on an essay contest. Applicants must be full time juniors or seniors. Applications are available online at www.eliewieselfoundation.org and in the Financial Aid Office. Deadline is December 19, 2008.
 
Datatel Foundation

Several scholarships are available for undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at least half time:

Datatel Scholars Foundation: general scholarship

Angelfire Scholarship: for soldiers who served in the Vietnam War, Operation Desert Storm, Operation Enduring Freedom and/or Operation Iraqi Freedom. Children and spouses of Vietnam veterans and refugees are also eligible.

Russ Griffith Memorial Scholarship: for students returning to school after at least a 5 year absence
