THERMO SCIENTIFIC PIERCE SCHOLARSHIP
Two $10,000 and four $5,000 scholarships are to be awarded to undergraduate and graduate students majoring in biology, chemistry, biochemistry or a related life-science field. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0, enrolled in an accredited college for the Fall 2014 semester and be a legal U.S. resident. JAN EGERTON & DON SMITLEY MESOTHELIOMA SCHOLARSHIP
MesotheliomaHelp.org is hosting its third $10,000 annual scholarship essay contest. (10) different award amounts are granted to deserving students throughout the U.S. The purpose of the scholarship is to assist with educational efforts, as well as raise awareness for Mesothelioma (caused from exposure to asbestos), and its effects. The essay contest is open to undergraduate and graduate students who are 18 years-old and are currently enrolled in a college or university located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (U.S. territories are excluded). Due to the popularity of social media and the ability to reach a wide number of people to educate them about mesothelioma, this year's contest will include a public voting aspect. THE GALLERY COLLECTION SCHOLARSHIP
One $10,000 scholarship is available to all high school, college and university students enrolled at any time during the latter half of 2014 in an academic program designed to conclude with the awarding of a diploma, or a degree. Applicants must submit a unique photo, piece of artwork, or computer graphic for the front of a greeting card. The student with the best design will win a $10,000 scholarship and have their design made into an actual card to be sold in our line.
