Employee Sign Up
Below are the steps that are taken for signup and access for the Sturrus Fitness Center.
  • If you are an employee and you are not signing up a guest or family member - Fill out the Staff Liability waiver form and return to Annie Skukalek, by email attachment (szczeann@aquinas.edu), inter campus mail (SSFC #106) or by dropping it off.
  • If you are an employee and are signing up an immediate family member as your guest - You and your family member will fill out the waiver forms and return to Annie.
  • If you are an employee and are signing up a guest that is not an immediate family member - You and your guest will fill out waiver form and bring them to Student Accounts. There your guest will pay the $50 fee for the use of the fitness center. This fee is a one-time fee that is good for one year, but is not prorated. You may pay by check (made out to Aquinas College) credit card or cash. All access for guests will be good until June 30, 2013. Student Accounts will then forward paperwork to Annie.
After the above steps have been taken, you and your guest will be inputted into a spreadsheet where campus safety will give your swipe card access to the locker room hallway, the lower entrance, and the fitness center. If you are a guest you will need to go to campus safety to receive an ID card. Locker room codes can be obtained by the building manager or the fitness desk worker.
