| In the best interest of our students’ health and access to care, we recommend that Aquinas College students carry health insurance. We encourage all our students to consider obtaining a major medical plan once they no longer have a traditional health insurance plan. For this reason, Aquinas College has contracted with First Agency to help meet the health insurance needs of our students. |

| Annual Verification of Insurance |
Every January, our students are required to provide an updated copy of your insurance carrier. East Paris Internal Medicine and Health and Wellness Services will require a copy of both the front and back of the card. This information may be shared with outside providers if a referral is deemed necessary to your care. If you know your insurance coverage will change at a different time of the calendar year, it is the student's responsibility to provide the necessary documentation to our office.
This information is also required by all new students to Aquinas. Should this information not be provided, all health costs will be the student's responsibility.
