| In the best interest of our students’ health and access to care, we require that Aquinas College students carry health insurance. We encourage all our students to consider obtaining a major medical plan once they no longer have a traditional health insurance plan. For this reason, Aquinas College has contracted with First Agency to help meet the health insurance needs of our students. |

| Annual Verification of Insurance |
Every January, our students are required to provide an updated copy of your insurance carrier. Health and Wellness Services will require a copy of both the front and back of the card. This information may be shared with outside providers if a referral is deemed necessary to your care. If you know your insurance coverage will change at a different time of the calendar year, it is the student's responsibility to provide the necessary documentation to our office.
