Homecoming Weekend 2013 Bookstore Discount Sale!

Special discount for all Aquinas College Alumni based on their graduation year! (Number of years since graduation equals the percentage off AQ insignia items in the AQ Bookstore, up to a maximum of 50%.)

Bookstore Hours: Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sunday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Around Grand Rapids: ArtPrize

Visit the Information Station for GR happenings, including ArtPrize - the world's largest art prize and radically open competition, that will be taking place downtown. Anyone who attends the event can vote. >More About ArtPrize

Food Booth Row: Frosty Pints (ice cream), GoNuts (doughnuts), Pit Stop Catering (chili dogs & wings, benefitting the Conductive Learning Center), Sami's Gyros (Eastown) and Creative Dining (snacks and French fries) will be on hand to satisfy every culinary desire. The AQ Midway: Play your favorite family-friendly carnival games and win prizes! Sponsored by students from the POHI program. AB Path 1 to 6 p.m.
Main Stage Tent: Gather with alumni, friends, and the AQ family for

refreshments and live music.

Campus Sightseeing: Trams staffed by AQ Ambassadors will continuously loop throughout campus. Hop on and hop off and see all of our new additions! Various Locations 1 to 4 p.m.
Inflatable Village: Kids, students, and adults of all ages will enjoy this festive addition to Homecoming. $1 donation suggested for all you can play. Benefitting the Diversity & Inclusion Student Groups. AMC/Holmdene Lawn 1 to 6 p.m.
Aquinas College Jazz Band: A Homecoming Tradition! Directed by Dr. Paul Brewer Bandshell, Center Campus 1:30 p.m.
Bean Bag Toss: No tournament, just fun. Grab a teammate and two opponents, a few bean bags, and you're on your way! Holmdene Lawn 2 p.m.
Aquinas Accounting Alumni Reception Jarecki Piazza 2 p.m.
Homecoming Court Coronation: Who will be crowned King & Queen of 2013? Soccer Field Halftime of Men's soccer game
Three's A Crowd: Keeping the live music going is Three's A Crowd, an incredibly fun cover band playing everything from classic rock to Lady Gaga. Shout out your favorites from your days at AQ! Bandshell, Center Campus 6 p.m.
Music Alumni Jazz Combo Concert: Several AQ graduates will be featured on stage and current members of the Music Faculty will assist Kretschmer Recital Hall, Art & Music Center 7:30 p.m.
