About the Dominican Exchange Program

Interested in studying in a new setting for a semester?
If yes, then the Dominican Exchange Program through Aquinas College could be right for you.

Through its sister-school relationship with fellow Dominican-rooted institutions around the country, our students can experience another campus for a semester while remaining an Aquinas student. As a guest student, participants are able to enroll in any class offered at the host campus, providing they meet the course prerequisites. As such, this program is an excellent alternative for students on an accelerated or exacting academic plan. Selection to the program is competitive as participation is limited to two students per campus per year; participants must have a minimum 3.0 overall GPA to be eligible.

Who:

Full-time Aquinas Students of at least sophomore status with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

What:

The opportunity to spend a semester at one of AQ's sister universities while still remaining an AQ student.

Where:

Dominican University in San Rafael, California; Barry University in Miami, Florida; St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, New York

Why:

When:

Each fall or spring semester

Cost:

Each student pays a $500 administration fee, Aquinas semester tuition, plus the room and board fees to the host university. Financial Aid and scholarships apply.
