| The Departments at the Grace Hauenstein Library are well equipped to meet your informational needs. Check out books from our collection; use InterLibrary Loan to borrow a book we don't own; borrow A/V equipment for educational use; ask a Reference Librarian a specific research question; read one of our many magazines, newspapers or journals; or suggest a new purchase for our collection. |

| Circulation |
| The Circulation Department is responsible for the lending of all library materials, including Course Reserve. |

| Graphic Design |
| The Graphics Office of the Media Department will provide print materials and digital imaging as well as other graphic services including for academic use and student organizations at Aquinas College. |

| InterLibrary Loan |
| Material not owned by the Library may be borrowed from other libraries via InterLibrary Loan (ILL). The ILL staff, using a variety of resources, will borrow material from libraries across the United States and beyond. |

| Media |
| The primary emphasis of the center is to support academic programs. Audio-visual equipment and a variety of production services are available through the Media Center. |

| Reference |
| The Reference Department houses and maintains the Library's Reference and Serials Collections which provides the standard scholarly, multidisciplinary, and news-oriented monographs, serial titles, and indexes necessary to support Aquinas College's liberal arts, career oriented curriculum. |

| The purpose of the Serial Collection is to provide the standard scholarly, multidisciplinary, and news-oriented serial titles necessary to support Aquinas College's liberal arts, career oriented curriculum. |

| Technical Services |
| The Technical Services Department is responsible for the acquisition, cataloging, and processing of materials added to the various collections maintained by the Library. |
