Our Mission

The Diversity Initiatives Department's priority is to assist in the development of confidence and self esteem in a diverse population of students. Particular emphasis is placed on the students understanding of their own individual ethnicity and their role within society.

We believe all students benefit from exposure to a holistic, diverse, multicultural experience at Aquinas. This experience prepares students with the skills necessary to collaborate with all people effectively.
