High school students attend this popular one day event and discover from facilitators how to hone your leadership skills, and why with leadership comes responsibility. Learn about how well intended decisions can have unintended consequences. And, develop speaking and communication skills that will set you apart as a leader.

10:40 to 11:30 a.m.	Session I: "Lead Your Team! A Lesson in Sports Leadership" Discuss expectations of your leadership role and learn some good strategies to make everyone act as a TEAM! "The Lifelong Process of Leadership" Learn the central characteristics of leadership and the idea of leadership as a lifestyle instead of a mere skill! "Get the Word Out!
