Travel Reimbursement
Get to AQ is a travel reimbursement program for prospective students who live outside Michigan or in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. We're so confident that you'll love your visit to our campus that we'll pay 100% of your transportation costs to get here!
Program Guidelines:
- Aquinas pays for 100% of transportation costs (fuel or ticket cost, not mileage or rental) for student up to $400. Any additional expenses are covered by student/family.
- Student must reside out of state or in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Place of permanent residence used, NOT origination of flight departure.
- Student must be first-time visitor to Aquinas College.
- Student must apply for admission and be accepted as a traditional undergraduate student prior to visit.
- Student must provide receipt for ticket or fuel at time of visit. Reimbursements will not be made at any time after 30 days of visit date.
- Reimbursements will be sent to student's home approximately two weeks after visit.
Other siblings or friends, not meeting the admission criteria, do not qualify. On campus lodging is guaranteed for students participating in Club AQ. We will do our best to make lodging accommodations on an alternative date. To inquire about lodging availability, contact the Admissions Office at least two weeks ahead of time at 1-800-678-9593.
NOTE: Students assume all coordination, responsibility and liability for travel. Aquinas College will make an effort to coordinate travel from Gerald R. Ford International Airport.
