There is a critical shortage of early childhood teachers of color, and great demand in our community for educators who more accurately reflect their student population.

Graduates of the PREP program will be qualified to be:
- Early childhood lead teachers
- Children’s museum staff
- After-school program staff
- Center-based and home-based childcare directors
- Child life specialists
- Family support specialists
*The PREP program does not lead to Michigan teacher certification.
