Diversity Assistant Program

The Center for Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity selects dynamic student leaders to provide educational programming, social support, foster social justice dialogue, and create a safe space for connection with students living on campus. Each team of Diversity Assistants is assigned to a residential housing area and acts as the main liasons for those students to the CDI&E department. Your Diversity Assistant is committed to ensuring you feel welcomed, supported, challenged, and engaged in the Aquinas College community. Peer Coaching Program

CDI&E collaborates with campus partners to ensure our students receive excellent, targeted services. The Center for Opportunities, Resources, and Excellence (CORE) offers individualized peer coaching to help you set and achieve your goals, keep you academically accountable, and assist you in engaging with campus events, departmental resources, and cultural exploration!
