A perspective coach will be a current Aquinas student (preferably sophomore status) who has devised strategies to navigate the social and academic atmosphere here at Aquinas, and is willing to share their insights. Coaches do not have to be model students; we encourage those who have experienced struggles at Aquinas and have learned from those struggles to consider applying. This is a paid position. Responsibilities include weekly meetings with incoming freshmen and specific goals for each meeting. The time commitment is approximately 5 hours per week, both semesters. You will also be required to attend a training session in the fall prior to the first day of class.
