□ Apply for graduation

Contact Graduation Auditor Shannon Pelton at slm005@aquinas.edu. Once you have applied and been approved, you'll start receiving Commencement updates via email.

□ Order cap and gown

Order from Herff-Jones by March 22 for free shipping to campus or by April 11 for shipping to home.

□ Complete and return special accommodation form

Fill out our Accommodation Request Form by April 15 if you have a commencement-related accommodation request.

□ Submit the name pronunciation form

Please tell us how your name should be pronounced at commencement by completing this Name Pronunciation Form.

□ Submit thank-you messages

Submit a thank-you message to family, friends, mentors, faculty, coaches or others. Messages will be displayed on the video screen at Commencement. 

□ Submit the 2022 Graduation Legacy Survey

Complete the Graduation Legacy Survey here.

□ Attend GradFest

Join us on April 25, 2022, from noon-2 p.m. or 5-7 p.m. in the Wege Ballroom for all things graduation.

□ Pick up cap and gown

Cap and gown orders shipped to campus will be available for pickup at GradFest on Monday, April 25 from noon-2 p.m. or 5-7 p.m. in the Wege Ballroom.

□ Pre-register with GradImages

□ Complete exit loan counseling

If you have borrowed a Federal Loan while attending Aquinas, you must complete an exit counseling session. Note: If you are graduating in May, but student teaching in the fall, you will have to complete exit counseling in the fall. Visit https://studentaid.gov/ to complete exit counseling learn about your servicer.

□ Update permanent address with Registrar's Office

Provide the Registrar’s Office with your updated address prior to leaving AQ by sending it to Shannon Pelton at slm005@aquinas.edu.
