Conferencing and Event Services (CES) is moving to an online request software. Please utilize this link: http://ems-pro.aquinas.edu/emswebapp/ to access the new site for all space requests. To start requesting space, you must first "Create an Account" with your AQ email address and Department. Within 24 hours of submitting for an account, you will receive an email directly from the CES office confirming when your account is set-up. In the meantime, continue to utilize the form below for space needs if your request is urgent.

Once you have an account confirmation, you can begin to log-in and request space based on availability. Please refer to the How-To Guide for step-by-step instructions on requesting space.

Please submit for an account as soon as possible, as the current form below will no longer be available starting October 1st. If you have questions, please call Conferencing and Event Services (CES), x1047.
