Receptions & Gatherings
Our conferencing and event services are flexible, high quality and innovative to meet your unique needs. Our campus offers a beautiful and secluded setting for all special occasions.
Reservations
- Contracts are required for all events on campus and must be signed by an authorized person responsible for the event.
- Final equipment and set-up needs are required two weeks prior to the event.
Payment
- A 50% non-refundable room rental is required upon booking.
- Balance due 48 hours prior to event.
- Room rate discount of 20% applies to non-profit groups, Aquinas College students, alumni and their immediate families.
