Move-In and Orientation

On June 19, the Office of Residence Life provided undergraduate students and families with information about fall move-in. We are committed to a fall move-in process that is conducted as safely and efficiently as possible, and will be following social distancing guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Kent County Health Department and state government officials. This year, move-in will take place over an extended period in order to reduce congestion in hallways, entrances and elevators.

The Residence Life website provides specific move-in days/times and additional details for

  • New Students to Aquinas (First-Year and Transfer Students)
  • New Students participating in the AQ Bridge Community Program
  • Returning Students
  • Student Athletes
  • Global Students
  • Returning Students in Leadership or Involvement Roles

Residence Life will also provide more information and logistics about move-in days to help students and families understand what to expect and what protocols will be in place. We will continue to communicate that information via email, the Residence Life website and the Saints Together website. Questions can be directed to the Residence Life Office at
