ITS

We are here to help! In order to maintain the health and safety of our community, the ITS Help Desk will continue to be available by phone at (616) 632-2050 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday to assist individuals with their technology needs. Mail Room

  • Mail runs will resume Jan. 19; however, to limit contact and practice safe social distancing, there will only be one mail run a day between 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
  • All black folders will be disinfected before being returned.

Copy Center

  • All copies to be picked up in the Copy Center will be placed in mailboxes (if small enough) or in the “copy pick-up” cabinet, which will be regularly disinfected.
  • Wipes will be located next to the staff/faculty printer. Please clean the printer after use.

Health and Safety Protocols

  • Facilities are swipe-access only via faculty, staff and student ID.
  • Users participating in non-athletic program activity are required to
    • Present Aquinas ID
    • Present Healthy Roster "green check mark" for the day you are visiting.
    • Log your information during your visit to aid with contact tracing (i.e., full name, date/time of entry, contact information)
  • Cloth face coverings are required at all times, even while working out.
  • Safe social distancing is required in all spaces.
  • Good personal hygiene practices are required.
  • All users must follow all COVID-19 signage (e.g., traffic flow, social distancing, equipment offline).
  • Fitness Center staff will clean and disinfect equipment at least once during every shift.
  • Fitness Center users will be required to use the provided sanitizing wipes before and after they are done using equipment.
  • Fitness equipment that is not movable will be rotated on a schedule for social-distancing purposes. For example, treadmill #1 will be used on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Treadmill #2 will be used on Tuesday and Thursday.
  • Athletic practices/activities are required to follow the Athletic Training COVID-19 Protocols.
  • Locker rooms will remain offline until further notice.

Wege Cafe

  • Wege will have normal hours through May 5.
  • May 6: Lunch 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.; Dinner 5-6 p.m.
  • May 7: Brunch 11:30 a.m. -1 p.m.
  • Campus Deliveries last day will be May 6.

Writing Center

We are here to consult with all AQ writers—students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

We are available to discuss any writing project at any stage of the writing process, from brainstorming to final polishing.
